90-Day Week Bio-Core™ Group Reset

By enrolling in a B WELL program such as the 6-Week Guided Group Reset, Individual Evolution, or any other live or self-paced coaching experience (“Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

These Programs are offered by B WELL & Co, founded by Barbara Manconi-Smith, Functional Nutritionist and Integrative Wellness Practitioner.

1. Purpose of the Program

Our Programs are designed to educate, empower, and guide you toward improved wellbeing through nutritional education, lifestyle adjustments, emotional awareness, and energetic alignment.

The information provided is for educational and self-development purposes only and is not intended as medical advice or a substitute for professional healthcare.
Always consult your physician or healthcare provider before beginning any program, supplement, or lifestyle change.

2. Enrollment & Participation

By enrolling, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal information.

• Participate fully in the sessions and follow program guidelines to the best of your ability.

• Maintain confidentiality and respect for other participants if in a group program.

• Not record, copy, or share any program materials without written permission.

Access to materials is for your personal use only and may not be transferred or sold.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment or the first installment (if a payment plan is offered) is required to secure enrollment.
Payment plans are available only for select programs and must be completed according to the schedule provided at the time of purchase.

Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or removal from the program without refund.

4. Refund Policy

A. 6-Week Guided Group Reset

• Because space is limited and early preparation begins immediately upon enrollment, payments are non-refundable once the program starts.

• If you cancel at least 7 days prior to the start date, you may receive a credit toward a future B WELL program, minus a 10% administrative fee.

• No credits or refunds are issued after the program begins, regardless of attendance or participation level.

B. Individual Evolution (1:1 Coaching)

• Once your personalized plan or first session has been delivered, the purchase becomes non-refundable.

• If you must postpone your start date, we will make every effort to reschedule within 30 days.

• Sessions not used within 90 days of purchase will expire unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Transfers & Substitutions

Programs are non-transferable and may not be shared with another person.
If unforeseen circumstances arise, B WELL may, at its sole discretion, allow a one-time deferral to a later cohort or offer a credit toward another service.

6. Results Disclaimer

Your success depends on your personal commitment, consistency, and willingness to implement the guidance provided.
While we offer tools and support for transformation, individual results vary, and no specific outcome (weight loss, healing, income, or emotional result) can be guaranteed.

7. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during sessions (live or written) is confidential and will never be disclosed without your consent, except where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All program content—including videos, documents, guides, templates, and recordings—is the exclusive property of B WELL.
Reproduction, resale, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

By participating in any B WELL Program, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own wellbeing.
B WELL, its founder, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any damages, loss, or injury arising from your participation, implementation of advice, or use of products or supplements discussed.
