By accessing or using our website (the “Site”), programs, memberships, retreats, products, or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the Site.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of our Site and Services immediately.

Terms & Conditions - the basics

B WELL is a wellness and education company operated by Barbara Manconi-Smith, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Founder of B WELL and Bio-Core Energetics.
Our Services include holistic health programs, memberships, bioenergetic scans, retreats, workshops, and consulting for individuals and organizations.

To use our Services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
Provide accurate and complete information when enrolling or registering.
Agree not to use the Site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

B WELL provides educational and informational wellness services only.

Our programs (including but not limited to Lymphatic Reset™, Balance Plus™, SOULcircle™, Radical Reset Blueprint™, and Bio-CORE Energetics™) are designed for educational and personal development purposes.

PAYMENTS & ACCESS

Payment is required in full prior to gaining access unless a payment plan is explicitly offered.
Access duration varies by program and membership level.
All content is for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

REFUNDS

Digital programs and memberships are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Live programs or group coaching may be eligible for partial refunds before the start date, subject to administrative fees.

Bio-CORE Energetic Scans are non-refundable once the scan has been initiated or results have been delivered.

RETREATS

Deposits for retreats are non-refundable but may be transferable to another retreat or participant at our discretion.
Full payment is typically due 60 days before the retreat start date.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events such as illness, cancellations, or travel disruptions.

B WELL reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel retreats due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions). In such cases, credit toward future retreats may be offered.

BIO-CORE ENERGETIC SCANS

Our Bio-CORE Energetic Scans analyze the body’s energetic field to provide insights into stress patterns and imbalance.
These scans are not diagnostic tools and are intended for informational and educational purposes only.

Scans can only be purchased individually and are available to active members enrolled in B WELL programs.

Results, reports, and recommendations remain the intellectual property of B WELL and are for personal use only.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site—including text, graphics, images, videos, logos, designs, and downloadable materials—is the exclusive property of B WELL and protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

Your privacy is important to us.
We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable laws, including the GDPR (for EU residents).

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Participation in any wellness program, retreat, or scan is voluntary and at your own risk.
