  1. Print the wellness wheel

  2. Look at each section and ask yourself how satisfied you are with that dimension of your life.

  3. With a pencil, grade (marking with a dot) each section 1 to 10 (1 being poor 10 being great). 10 the circle closer to the center, 1 the outer circle

  4. After you are done with each section connect the dots. The spikes further away from the center are the unbalances you want to tackle first

  5. Go slow and steady, one by one, there is no rush, these are not resolutions, but a blueprint of the work you have ahead
