B WELL RETREAT

TUSCANY, SPRING 2023

April 17-22

I have dubbed this retreat the Coming Back Home. This is not only true because for me, born and raised in Italy, is an actual coming back home, but because the work that inspired this retreat is the work of bringing you 'back home" to the root of your innate wisdom to activate your inner healing powers.

This retreat is going to be a transformational one: re-defining your relationship with food, re-shaping the view of yourself, and re-framing a life path of balance, fulfillment and joy.

Imagine EAT. PRAY. LOVE all in one place!! And if there is a place where this can be accomplished it is Italy.

Borgo

IN THE HEART OF TUSCANY

A MAGICAL PLACE
TO RECONNECT AND FIND  BALANCE

Dante Alighieri when looking at the Berignone forest which faces the village,

called it the “dark forest” in which one could get lost only to find himself enriched

by an inspirational and enchanting journey.

This retreat promises to take you into a soul journey to assess "What's Next For You?" In these extended 5 days together we will draw from each other and this enchanted location, to reframe what a balanced, healthy and authentic life looks like.

You will have the opportunity to learn first hand what makes Italy one of the healthiest places on Earth, the wisdom of the Blue Zones, and you will

leave with a blue print of how to move forward in your life.

My goal with this retreat is to create an experience that will leave you feeling motivated, inspired, and excited for the future.

Nestled in the rolling hills of Tuscany, this ancient borgo (a rural village)  dates back to the early 1600, but its name refers to an ancient Roman origin. It is said that in the fourth century A. D. Santa Attinia was born here, one of the saints highly venerated in the whole region.

It has been recently renovated, maintaining traditional architecture and materials.

The village offers 13 apartments each with 2 private bedrooms (single or double),  1 or 2 bathrooms, as well as a small kitchen.

Also in the village dedicated to the guests, there is a restaurant, a library (the only area with high speed internet wi-fi), a meeting/yoga room, as well as two typical elements of the great rural communities of an earlier time: an exquisite rustic chapel and a large wood-burning oven in perfect working order.

With daily yoga, meditation, walks in nature, cooking classes and daily workshops this retreat is your opportunity to disconnect from stress, unhealthy habits, limiting beliefs, EMFs, chemicals, let go, let others take care of you for once and find a renewed sense of self.

THE AREA

The village strategic location makes it the ideal base to visit the major Tuscan cities such as Siena (45 km/28 miles), Volterra (20 km/12 miles), San Gimignano (22 Km/ 14 miles), Florence (70 km/ 43 miles) Pisa (80 Km/50 miles) or excursions to visit the ‘unspoiled’ countryside.

The village  borders one of the most beautiful and prized areas of the region called the Val di Cecina. The area, in fact, has three nature reserves known as “SCI” (Sites of Community Interest): Montenero, Monterufoli-Caselli and Dante's Berignone forest.

The ‘forest of touch’, with its particular vegetation is also very close to the village.

A Golf Course located just 30 minutes from the village and the Mediterranean sea is only about 45 minutes away.
