Purchase Terms
All Bio-Core™ Scans (including Full Scans, Pet Scans, or Family Add-Ons) are custom, personalized energetic assessments. Each scan is processed individually using your biological sample (hair, saliva, or nails), which is analyzed through the Bio-Core™ system. Because of the individualized nature of the testing and the irreversible processing once samples are received, all scan purchases are considered final.
Refund Policy

Once a scan kit has been sent, no refunds can be issued, even if the kit has not yet been returned.

Once a sample is received and the scan is in progress, the service is considered rendered in full.

If a kit arrives damaged or incomplete, a replacement kit will be provided at no additional cost.

Refunds are not available due to non-use, delays in returning samples, or dissatisfaction with results, as outcomes depend on the individual’s unique energetic data and are not diagnostic in nature.
Return Policy
Bio-Core™ Scan kits and materials are for single use only and cannot be returned or reused. Please handle and submit all samples as instructed. Any kits sent back without proper authorization will not be accepted for return or credit.
