Refund Policy
At B WELL, we are committed to providing high-quality wellness experiences, education, and energetic testing services. Because our offerings involve digital content, personalized analysis, and live events, specific refund and return conditions apply. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Programs & Memberships
This includes:

Lymphatic Reset™, Balance Plus™, SOULcircle™, Radical Reset Blueprint™, and any other online courses or bundles.

Memberships ($29 or $99 monthly tiers).
Refunds:

All digital programs and memberships are non-refundable once access has been granted or materials have been downloaded.

If you purchased by mistake and have not yet accessed the content, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase by emailing info@bwellandco.com.
Cancellations:

Memberships may be canceled at any time to stop future billings.

Cancelation does not entitle you to a prorated refund for the remaining period.
2. Live Group Programs & Coaching
This includes guided cohorts, live workshops, or private coaching.
Refunds:

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the start date may receive a refund minus a 10% administrative fee.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable but may be eligible for credit toward a future program at B WELL’s discretion.

Once a program has begun, no refunds will be issued.
3. Bio-CORE Energetics™ Scans

All Bio-CORE scans are non-refundable once the testing process has begun or the report has been generated.

If your sample was not received or the scan could not be processed due to a technical issue, we will gladly re-run your test at no additional charge.

Scans can only be purchased by active B WELL members and are not transferable.
4. Retreats
Deposits and payments for B WELL retreats (including B/WELL for Belmond, Dolomites, France, or Tuscany retreats) follow these terms:

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance.

The remaining balance is due 60 days before the retreat start date.

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the retreat may receive a credit toward another B WELL retreat within 12 months.

Cancellations within 60 days of the retreat are non-refundable, regardless of reason (including illness or travel disruption).

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected events.

If B WELL cancels or postpones a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure, natural disaster, pandemic, etc.), participants will receive a full credit toward a future retreat or program; no cash refunds will be issued.
5. Physical Products (if applicable)
If physical items such as journals, books, or merchandise are purchased through our website:

Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Notification of damage must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to reflect the credit in your account.
