June 19-24: Returning to the Body
Reclaiming Pleasure and Presence

A 5-night/6  transformational retreat on the shores of Puglia — where sea, sun, ancient land, and conscious nourishment invite you back into your body, restore flow, awaken your senses and reconnect you to pleasure, presence, and life force.

What is Pleasure was a medicine?

Returning to the Body is a sacred invitation to feel — deeply, sensually, unapologetically. Maybe it’s the way your body changed after childbirth.
Maybe it’s menopause, when sensation softened or disappeared, and desire became quiet. Maybe it’s years of giving — to children, partners, work — without remembering how to receive.

Disconnection doesn’t always arrive as pain. Sometimes it arrives as numbness, distance, or forgetting that your body is a source of pleasure. This retreat is an invitation to rediscover your sensual intelligence —to awaken the senses, soften the nervous system, and gently rekindle intimacy with yourself.

In Puglia the senses are gently reactivated and the body is reminded that it is safe to feel again. This is not about sexuality as performance. It is about sensuality as presence.
About reclaiming the right to enjoy inhabiting your own body.

Here, pleasure becomes a pathway back to vitality, confidence, and self-trust.

Daily Sensual & Creative Embodiment Workshops,
Guided Circles for Self-Intimacy, Receiving & Desire,
Sea Immersion & Coastal Walks,
Boat Rides,
Foraging & Nature-Based Rituals,
Conscious Movement & Breathwork,
Refined Mediterranean Meals and Visits to Nearby Coastal Villages.

The Setting

Set along the sun-drenched Puglian coast near Ostuni, surrounded by Mediterranean gardens and open sea air, you’ll be immersed in a landscape where nature, light, and relaxed elegance meet effortlessly.

The timeless beauty of this corner of Puglia — shaped by salt breeze, warm stone, and slow rhythms — invites deep calm, presence, and reconnection.

You’ll stay in beautifully appointed rooms featuring natural materials, generous light, and private outdoor spaces, with views over gardens or the Adriatic sea horizon.

Pleasure as a language of the body

In Puglia, food is not simply nourishment — it is sensory, relational, and deeply intimate.
Meals are an invitation to slow down, to taste fully, and to remember pleasure as a language of the body.

Each dish celebrates the generosity of the land and sea: sun-ripened vegetables, fresh herbs, olive oil pressed nearby, bread broken and shared. Flavors are simple, honest, and alive — designed to awaken the senses rather than overwhelm them.

Here, eating becomes a communal ritual. Long tables, unhurried conversations, laughter, and presence create a feeling of belonging — a reminder that pleasure deepens when it is shared. Food reconnects us not only to the body, but to one another.

These meals are crafted to be nourishing, sensual, and supportive of vitality, honoring the rhythms of digestion, hormones, and nervous system regulation — without restriction, guilt, or excess.

Puglia 2026

This retreat sits on these four foundations:

  1. Safety & Regulation (nervous system first)

  2. Sensation & Presence (awakening the senses)

  3. Receiving & Pleasure (without guilt or urgency)

  4. Self-Intimacy (before relational intimacy)

Pelvic and womb space reconnection. Sensual somatic awakening.

01. Body-Based Somatic Practices

Retrain the nervous system to associate pleasure with safety. The art of receiving. Pleasure begins with noticing: the importance of being present.

02.  Sensory & Pleasure Practices

The Program

Water restores fluidity and trust. Mimics early nervous system regulation. Brings pleasure to the most forgotten parts of the body.

03.  Nature & Water Experiences

Pleasure can't live in a body we are at war with. Sensuality is relational first, even with oneself.

04. Intimacy & Self-Relationship

The mouth as a major pleasure gateway. Long meals. Pleasure deepens in community.

05.  Food as Sensual Practice
